Why Stock Photos?
The short answer is that we use stock photos on some listings to save us time and to save you money. The longer answer is that we love to take photos of each and every lens, camera, and accessory, but doing so takes a lot of time and makes it difficult to get everything listed. So, we decided to compromise: take gorgeous photos of some things and charge a little more for them, and use stock photos for other items and charge a little less for those, all else equal.
The items listed here were tested thoroughly by our trained technicians. If they observed any significant flaws, you’ll see them detailed above. If the items listed here are exceptionally awesome, you’ll see that noted above too. Regardless, please remember this is a used item and it’s bound to have at least a microscopic imperfection.
If you're interested in purchasing an item with specific photos and ratings, we don’t blame you one bit. Please visit one of our Exposed! listings (if available), usually marked with a green badge. If none are currently available, by all means, contact us.

The Atomos Ninja Inferno 7" 4K HDMI Recording Monitor
The Atomos Ninja Inferno is a 7" 4K HDMI HDR monitor that records in 10-bit 4:2:2 ProRes and DNxHR. Key features include:
HDMI-Only Interface. The ATOMOS Ninja Inferno offers full-size HDMI input and output ports. If you need SDI ports, you’ll need the ATOMOS Shogun Inferno.
AtomHDR Display. The traditional Rec.709 video standard is based on an 8-bit color depth and about 6.5 stops of dynamic range. The Ninja Inferno’s monitor features a wide 10-stop dynamic range and a 10-bit signal processor, making it capable of natively displaying log footage without it looking washed out. Built-in presets for Sony, Canon, Panasonic, ARRI, RED, and JVC cameras convert the typically flat-looking log-based images into vibrant HDR pictures. Please note that the preset looks will only actually affect viewing; the recorded footage remains totally unaltered.
4K 60p Recording. The Ninja Inferno captures high-resolution 4K footage in DCI or UHD formats (4096×2160) at up to 60 FPS. It also gives you 24 and 25 FPS options for a film-like aesthetic. It stores your footage as high-quality 10-bit 4:2:2 Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR files. The Inferno offers an array of bit rates to suit your needs.
High Bright Display. When working within the Rec.709 space, the Ninja Inferno’s monitor offers a High Bright mode. By taking advantage of its full 1500 cd/m² brightness, you can use the Ninja Inferno in the brightest of outdoor environments without requiring a hood.
Audio Input and Output Options. The Inferno has a 10-pin LEMO audio input and output connection, along with a 3.5mm headphone jack that makes for convenient audio monitoring.
Durable, Practical Construction. The Ninja Inferno was designed with an eye toward real-world production environments. Protective rubber bumpers are built into its case, and it has a second Sony L-Series battery plate to enable longer record times and allow hot swapping. Are we out of stock?
