Why Stock Photos?
The short answer is that we use stock photos on some listings to save us time and to save you money. The longer answer is that we love to take photos of each and every lens, camera, and accessory, but doing so takes a lot of time and makes it difficult to get everything listed. So, we decided to compromise: take gorgeous photos of some things and charge a little more for them, and use stock photos for other items and charge a little less for those, all else equal.
The items listed here were tested thoroughly by our trained technicians. If they observed any significant flaws, you’ll see them detailed above. If the items listed here are exceptionally awesome, you’ll see that noted above too. Regardless, please remember this is a used item and it’s bound to have at least a microscopic imperfection.
If you're interested in purchasing an item with specific photos and ratings, we don’t blame you one bit. Please visit one of our Exposed! listings (if available), usually marked with a green badge. If none are currently available, by all means, contact us.

The Olympus 300mm f/4 IS PRO Micro 4/3 Lens
The Olympus 300mm f/4 IS PRO is a telephoto lens designed for Micro 4/3 cameras. Key features include:
Handheld Super Telephoto. With its small size, light weight, and focal-length equivalent to 600mm after crop factor, the Olympus 300mm is perfect for fast-moving sports, wildlife, and nature photography on a tripod or handheld.
Super Stability. The 300mm f/4 features four stops of built-in image stabilization as well as the ability to pair with the E-M1 and E-M5 Mark II in-body stabilization. This five-axis synced stabilization method gives you six stops of image stabilization, massively reducing the effects of camera shake.
Fast Focus. The High-Speed Imager autofocus system is almost silent and works continuously for both still and video. You can quickly switch between auto and manual focus with a simple pull of the focus ring.
Specialized Optics. The Olympus 300mm f/4 uses specialized optics—including three super-extra-low-dispersion lenses and three high-refractive-index lenses—to create super-sharp images and eliminate chromatic aberrations.
Build Quality. The 300mm features 17 seals that make it dust and moisture resistant. The lens includes a tripod collar with a built-in Arca-type base plate for quick-release solutions. The built-in retractable hood helps to eliminate lens flare.
Teleconverter Compatible. Need even more reach? The 300mm is compatible with the Olympus MC-14 1.4x Teleconverter, effectively giving you an 840mm f/5.6. However, we strongly suggest you use a tripod or monopod if you want usable results. Are we out of stock?
