Why Stock Photos?
The short answer is that we use stock photos on some listings to save us time and to save you money. The longer answer is that we love to take photos of each and every lens, camera, and accessory, but doing so takes a lot of time and makes it difficult to get everything listed. So, we decided to compromise: take gorgeous photos of some things and charge a little more for them, and use stock photos for other items and charge a little less for those, all else equal.
The items listed here were tested thoroughly by our trained technicians. If they observed any significant flaws, you’ll see them detailed above. If the items listed here are exceptionally awesome, you’ll see that noted above too. Regardless, please remember this is a used item and it’s bound to have at least a microscopic imperfection.
If you're interested in purchasing an item with specific photos and ratings, we don’t blame you one bit. Please visit one of our Exposed! listings (if available), usually marked with a green badge. If none are currently available, by all means, contact us.

The PocketWizard Plus IV Transceiver
The PocketWizard Plus IV Transceiver is an advanced radio-signal strobe trigger and update to the immensely popular Plus III. Key features include:
Top Shoe. At long last, the Plus-series PocketWizards have a pass-thru hot shoe for mounting a flash directly without wires. While this is limited to manual triggering (i.e. no TTL) for remote flashes, it’s still great news for anyone who’s ever had to deal with rubber-banding PocketWizards and cables to a flash.
On-Camera TTL Pass-Thru. Need an on-camera flash as well? Not only are you covered, but the Plus IV supports TTL pass-thru with many manufacturers’ flashes when used on-camera. Please note that Sony Multi-Interface cameras and flashes aren’t TTL supported.
Quad-Zone Triggering. You can independently activate and deactivate remote flashes in four controllable zones.
Minimal Interference. With a total of 32 channels—16 of which are Quad-Zone—the Plus IV has plenty of options for shooting in crowded airwaves. The Plus IV uses a radio signal, which means you don’t have to be in its line-of-sight for it to work. Basically, it’ll work if you’re within range (based on environment, up to 1,600 feet in perfect conditions).
Auto-Sensing Transceiver. Automatically swaps between transmit and receive modes as needed. There’s also the option to manually choose transmit or receive for complicated setups.
Multiple Modes. The Plus IV offers many of the its predecessor’s modes. Auto-Relay enables remote cameras and flashes to be triggered in tandem, Repeater lets you reach even greater distances when using an extra Plus IV, and High Speed Receive expands the normal 12 fps maximum frame rate to up to 14.5 fps.
Simple User Interface. You can easily manage Channels, Zones, and Modes from the back panel, which includes a one-inch LCD screen with soft-touch buttons.
Sync Input. Sometimes you need to trigger more than just hot shoe flashes. The Plus IV has a 1/8-inch mini input for connecting a sync cable (not included).
PocketWizard Compatible. The Plus IV is compatible with all previous-generation PocketWizards and PocketWizard-enabled strobe units. Are we out of stock?
