Why Stock Photos?
The short answer is that we use stock photos on some listings to save us time and to save you money. The longer answer is that we love to take photos of each and every lens, camera, and accessory, but doing so takes a lot of time and makes it difficult to get everything listed. So, we decided to compromise: take gorgeous photos of some things and charge a little more for them, and use stock photos for other items and charge a little less for those, all else equal.
The items listed here were tested thoroughly by our trained technicians. If they observed any significant flaws, you’ll see them detailed above. If the items listed here are exceptionally awesome, you’ll see that noted above too. Regardless, please remember this is a used item and it’s bound to have at least a microscopic imperfection.
If you're interested in purchasing an item with specific photos and ratings, we don’t blame you one bit. Please visit one of our Exposed! listings (if available), usually marked with a green badge. If none are currently available, by all means, contact us.

The Westcott Ice Light 2
The Westcott Ice Light 2 LED Light is the update to the very popular Westcott Ice Light. Key features include:
What’s New. The Ice Light 2 offers 50% more output, 10-step dimming with digital display, and removable lithium battery.
Light Wand. With its 21.6 × 7.5″ form factor, the Ice Light 2 is perfect for on-location lighting. If their estimations are accurate, the output should be equivalent to about 225 watts of 5500ºK light with a 72.6° beam spread. The 10-step digital dimming enables minute adjustment capabilities in a unit that produces virtually no heat.
Battery-Powered. One of the original Ice Light’s biggest downfalls was its built-in battery. With the Ice Light 2, Westcott has made the battery removable. You’re still getting 60+ minutes of runtime with a 2.5 hour recharge time, but now you can swap batteries and continue shooting. This new design also allows you to charge the battery without the unit with the included charger. If you’ll be shooting near AC power, you can power the unit that way for all-day shooting.
Mounting Solutions. Like its predecessor, the Ice Light 2 has 1/4-20" threading on the top and bottom of the unit. This enables tripod mounting, as well as the ability to accessorize.
Remote Control. Control multiple Ice Light 2’s remotely through any iOS device via a bluetooth connection, with the ability to manage battery levels and full dimming support. Are we out of stock?
